Terms of Service

The service

The $97 Website Plan is a monthly subscription that includes a custom-designed website, hosting, ongoing edits, and related support as described on our pricing page. We design, build, host, and maintain the site on your behalf for as long as your subscription is active.

Getting started

After you subscribe, you'll book a kickoff call and complete an onboarding form. We aim to have your site live within 7 days of your kickoff call, as long as we receive the information and materials we ask for in a reasonably timely manner. Delays on your end (late photos, slow content approval, etc.) may extend that timeline.

Billing and cancellation

• Your subscription is billed monthly through Stripe, starting on the date you sign up.
• There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not provide refunds for the current billing period already paid.
• If you cancel, your site is taken down at the end of your current billing period, since it is built and hosted on our platform as part of the subscription. Your domain name remains yours, and we will point it wherever you direct us.

What "unlimited edits" covers

Unlimited edit requests cover reasonable content and design changes to your existing site: text, photos, pricing, hours, and similar updates, including new service pages within the scope of a standard business site. It does not cover building a second website, custom application functionality, or work clearly outside the scope of a standard business website. We'll tell you plainly if a request falls outside that scope before doing anything that would incur an additional cost.

Ownership

While your subscription is active, we own and host the underlying site infrastructure, and you have full use of the live site for your business. Your domain name, your business content (text, photos, and materials you provide), and your brand remain yours at all times. If you want to own the codebase outright instead of a hosted subscription, that's a different engagement, our custom web build service, not this plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site we build for you to host or promote illegal content, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the hosting infrastructure this plan runs on.

Changes to the service

We may update or improve the features included in this plan over time. If we make a material change that reduces what's included, we'll let subscribers know in advance.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep your site fast, secure, and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the issue occurred.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
